Unbalanced Diet

An unbalanced diet is a meal that lacks the right amounts of nutrients the body needs. This means eating too much or too little of certain types of food.

Examples of Unbalanced Diet:

  1. Eating only junk food like chips and sweets.
  2. Consuming too many sugary drinks and not enough water.
  3. Eating a lot of fried foods and not enough vegetables.
  4. Skipping meals and overeating at one time.
  5. Having a diet with too much fat and not enough protein.

Lesson Evaluation:
