Levels of Leadership:
- Self-leadership: This is about learning how to make good decisions on your own and take responsibility for your actions.
- Peer Leadership: Leading by example among friends and classmates. This involves showing kindness, helping others, and being a good team player.
- School Leadership: Taking on roles like headteacher, class monitor, library assistant, or sports team captain.
- Community Leadership: This includes managing community activities and addressing issues to enhance local quality of life.
- Family Leadership: Taking initiative in family settings, like helping with chores without being asked or looking after younger siblings. It teaches responsibility and caring for others within the family unit.
Qualities of Good Leadership:
