Cleaning the toilet and the bathroom
Cleaning the toilet and bathroom is important to keep our environment healthy and free from germs.
Steps for Cleaning the Bathroom:
- Remove all items from the bathroom.
- Sweep and dust the bathroom.
- Apply cleaning solution to the sink, tub, and shower.
- Scrub all surfaces thoroughly.
- Rinse and dry all surfaces.
- Clean the mirrors and windows.
- Mop the floor and replace all items.
Steps for Cleaning the Toilet:
- Flush the toilet to wet the inside.
- Apply toilet cleaner inside the bowl.
- Scrub the bowl with a toilet brush.
- Clean the toilet seat, lid, and outside of the bowl.
- Disinfect the flush handle.
- Mop the floor around the toilet.
Similarities:
- Both require removing items first.
- Both need sweeping or dusting initially.
- Both use cleaning solutions.

- Both need the surfaces to be rinsed and dried.
Differences:
- Different cleaning solutions are used.
